All fees to tenants and landlords are inclusive of VAT

Explanation of our Tenancy fees:

Applicants will be expected to pay fees to cover credit checks, referencing and Tenancy Agreement administration.

LANDLORD FEES

Tenant Find

Our tenant find service includes marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings, relevant checks including credit checks, referencing, right to rent, know your customer checks, tenancy agreement, inventory, advising Council, Thames water and suppliers.

Fee    Subject to valuation (negotiable)

Full Management Service

Full management includes all of the above, plus rent collection and transfer to landlord, arranging for repairs and gas safe inspections, carrying out annual inspections, holding keys for emergency access throughout the term.

Rent Collection

Rent collect includes all of tenant find service, plus monthly collection of rent and transfer to landlord

Deposit Protection

Protecting the deposit with my deposits and renewal each year, for the entire term of the tenancy

Check-out Fee

Inspect the property using the original inventory, take meter readings, unprotecting the deposit where necessary
